Cold Cuts (Kall Skuret)
Cold cuts are precooked or cured meats, often sausages or meat loaves, that are thinly slided and served cold or hot on sandwiches or on party trays. For the plate of cold-cuts choose at least three different kinds of thinly slided sausages from your favorite Deli. You could also server slided ham, and/or head-cheese, patês etc. The choices are endless.
